www.PeteMaina.com is a division of Adventures in Angling, LLC. Adventures in Angling, LLC is owned by Pete Maina and Jennifer Tavolacci and was created with a goal of providing anglers with valuable information and products.
Our first "Adventure" is www.PeteMaina.com. On this website we sell Pete Maina products, Muskie and Walleye apparel and gifts for anglers to the public and dealers. We will also be providing tips and articles written by Pete. This website is an outlet to provide up-to-date information to the public on Pete Maina and his adventures.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Only 1 coupon can be used per order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 business days. All orders are sent via USPS. International orders will take longer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you are interested in getting one of our apparel products in a different size or color than what we offer, please let us know. We will add your request to our next stock order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Wisconsin. All other orders are tax free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchases we will accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please see our returns policy for further information.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after the original purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Original shipping will not be refunded. Adventures in Angling, LLC reserves the right to reject returns which show signs of wear or use.
Returns will not be taken and refunds will not be given for custom dvds.
