Return/Cancellation Policy

We stand behind our products and service. If any item fails to meet your expectations and you are not completely satisfied we will gladly exchange or refund in store credit.

We will accept returns or exchanges made within 14 days from purchase unless other arrangements have been made by calling us at: 715-462-3334.

You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped using UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for in stock items within the lower 48 states.

All orders placed outside the lower 48 US states is subject to an additional $15.00 USD shipping charge.

Please note that these excess charge will not appear on the"Check Out" page of your order or on the order confirmation but will be included in the amount you will be charged after order confirmation on your credit card receipt.

Delivery Schedule

We make every effort to ship your order right away We will normally send your order to you in 7 to 10 business days . International orders are generally received in 14 to 21 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
